Best Places to Work provides:

- Trust Index Survey administration
- AI-powered analytics and insights
- Real-time dashboards and reporting
- Regional benchmarking tools
- Support and training services
đ¤ 2. User Accounts
Account Registration
To use our platform, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to bind your organization
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities under your account
- Maintaining confidentiality of passwords
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
- Ensuring your users comply with these Terms

Our Property
The platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Champlin Enterprises, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.
Your Content
You retain ownership of data you submit. By using our services, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide our services.

Fees
Annual subscription fees are due upon signing. Pricing is available at our pricing page.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in your service agreement.
Price Changes
We may change prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply to renewal periods.
đ 6. Data Ownership & Usage
Your Data
You own all survey data and employee information. We process it only to provide services.
Anonymized Data
We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research, benchmarking, and platform improvement.
Data Export
You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
Data Deletion
Upon termination, we will delete or return your data as specified in your agreement.
â ī¸ 7. Warranties & Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
- Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of results
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
đĄī¸ 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champlin Enterprises, LLC from claims arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of others
- Your data or content

By You
You may terminate your account with 30 days written notice. Fees are non-refundable.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Pose a security risk
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access will be revoked
- You must pay all outstanding fees
- We will handle your data per our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
