Avg Time to Complete Tile
Employer dashboard now shows the average minutes employees take to finish a survey. Aggregated across all responses โ we never store a per-respondent submit timestamp, so anonymity stays intact.
Low-Score Action Alerts
Set a per-survey threshold (default 70). When any dimension drops below it, the employer's primary contact gets an email with the failing dimensions and a one-click link back to the analytics dashboard where AI action items are already waiting.
Historical Response Import
Upload CSV exports from other tools โ exit interviews, onboarding surveys, prior engagement studies โ and keep them queryable side-by-side with new results. Each import becomes its own historical dataset with the original question structure preserved.
Exit & Onboarding Templates
Two drop-in survey templates appear in the picker: Exit Interview (12 questions on reason for leaving, manager support, growth, compensation) and New Hire Onboarding (12 questions on first-week experience, role clarity, training, and gaps).
